Storyfall

Roadmap

The Roadmap is a public board where you can suggest features, report bugs, and vote on what Storyfall builds next.

Opening the Roadmap

  1. Go to your Writer’s Workshop.
  2. Click the Roadmap tab.

Anyone with an account can read the Roadmap. Guests can view it but cannot post or vote.

Adding to the Roadmap

  1. Click “New Request”.
  2. Pick New Feature or Bug Report.
  3. Fill in:
    • Title: A short summary.
    • Category: The area of Storyfall this relates to (Editor, Gameplay, Blogs, Forums, or Other).
    • Description: Full details, using rich text formatting.
  4. Click “Create”.

For bug reports, include steps to reproduce the issue and what you expected to happen.

Type and category are separate. A bug report can still be categorised by area, so you can report an editor bug, a gameplay bug, and so on.

Voting

Each entry shows an upvote and downvote arrow on the left. The number between them is the net score.

  • Click the up arrow to upvote.
  • Click the down arrow to downvote.
  • Clicking the same arrow again clears your vote.
  • Clicking the other arrow flips your vote.

You can only vote once per entry. Entries sort by score, highest first.

Voting closes once an entry is marked Done — the arrows are disabled.

Reading the Full Text

Descriptions are trimmed to three lines in the list. Click anywhere on a row to expand it and read the full text. Click again to collapse it.

Status

Every entry has one of three statuses:

  • Requested: Under consideration.
  • In Progress: Being worked on.
  • Done: Shipped.

Only Storyfall staff can change an entry’s status.

Editing and Deleting

You can delete your own entries from the three-dot menu on the row. Staff can edit or delete any entry.
