Account Settings

Manage the account details that identify you across Storyfall.

Opening Account Settings

1. Open your profile.
2. Select the Account Settings tab.
3. Use the section you want to change.

Profile URL

Your username appears in your public profile URL, author links, blog links, forum posts, and notifications.

To change it:

1. In Profile URL, click Edit.
2. Enter a new username.
3. Wait for Storyfall to confirm that the username is available.
4. Click Save.

Usernames must be 3 to 20 characters and can contain only letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens. Storyfall also blocks reserved or inappropriate names.

After you save, Storyfall moves you to your new profile URL. Old profile URLs do not redirect, and your previous username can be claimed by another account. Update any links you have shared outside Storyfall.

Email Address

Use Email Address to change the email used for sign in and account notices. You need your current password to confirm the change. After saving a new email, Storyfall sends you to email verification.

Profile Picture

Use your avatar at the top of your profile to upload or change your profile picture.

Payment Account

If you sell stories, chapters, subscriptions, or characters, use Payment Account to connect or manage Stripe.

Delete Account

Use Danger Zone only when you want to permanently delete your account and account data. Storyfall asks for confirmation before deleting.
