Our Commitment
At Storyfall, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you're not happy with a story or subscription you've purchased, we offer a straightforward refund process.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to both one-time story or chapter purchases and subscription tiers.
The 7-day period begins from the date of your initial purchase or subscription activation (not from when you start reading the content).
What Can Be Refunded
- One-Time Purchases: Full purchase price for individual stories or chapters (within 7 days).
- Subscription Tiers: Full refund for the most recent charge (within 7 days of the charge). Note: Refunding a subscription payment cancels the entire subscription immediately - you will lose access to all subscription benefits.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same content due to a technical error.
- Access Issues: If you paid for content but cannot access it due to technical problems on our end.
Important: All refunds are full refunds only. We do not process partial refunds under any circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through our Support Center.
When submitting your refund request, please include:
- Your username or email address
- The name of the story or subscription tier
- Your reason for requesting a refund
- Date of purchase (if you remember it)
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refund issued: Within 1-2 business days of approval
- Funds appear in your account: 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Access revoked: Upon refund issuance (you will immediately lose access to the content)
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Chargebacks
Please do not file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting us. We commit to processing legitimate refund requests promptly. Give us a chance to make things right before escalating to a chargeback.
