Rules & Guidelines
1. No AI used for writing. 2. Generative AI used for cover images is acceptable. 3. Stories can't have been previously published on Storyfall or anywhere else, they have to be new. 4. Submissions have to be in English. 5. Stories need to have branching narratives. The degree of branching is up to you, but fully linear stories where choices don't matter are not allowed. 6. Submissions have to comply with our content guidelines: https://storyfall.com/content-guidelines 7. You'll need a Storyfall account to submit your story, guest submissions are not allowed. 8. Anybody can vote on submitted stories during the 1 week voting period by just leaving reviews on the story. Whichever story gets the most positive reviews will get the "Reader's choice" reward. However the first, second, and third place will be decided by a committee that will include Storyfall and anybody else who wants to help judge stories (feel free to reach out if you do). This is to ensure bots leaving auto-reviews cannot skew the results. 9. Judges cannot vote on their own submissions. 10. Submitted stories must have a minimum of 2,000 words.
